Being one of five girls, babies have always been a part of Jessica's life. She grew up in North Carolina and has had a taste for adventure for as long as she can remember, which added to her love for traveling. She's taken care of children in over 14 different countries, over ⅓ of the USA, and several territories.

 

She became a nanny at 19 and started to educate herself about the nanny industry and immersed herself in learning anything and everything that she could about the childcare field. In the last 5 years, she started to focus on newborn-specific care and found her true passion.

 

Since then, she has had experience with multiples, preemies, colic, reflux, and a variety of sleep training approaches. She's worked with families of all kinds of dynamics and prides herself on her flexibility and adaptability to each and every family that she works with.

 

Jessica's passion for helping families led her to want to open up The Baby Boss Agency, so she can help more families and connect them with the perfect postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, or nanny for their family.

 

Jessica, her partner David, their Golden Retriever Waffles, and two cats Mercury and Pebbles live in Brooklyn. When Jessica isn't working, then you can guarantee that she's either traveling, volunteering with the International Nanny Association as a member of the eduction committee, knitting, working out, or taking a new childcare related course.
